Don't Get Out Those Thumbtacks Just Yet: A Federal Court Has Held That the National Labor Relations Board (the "NLRB") Cannot Require Notice Posting

The most recent Friday the 13th turned out to be an unlucky day for organized labor. On that day, Friday, April 13, a federal district judge in South Carolina ruled, in no uncertain terms, that the NLRB's controversial posting requirement, scheduled to take effect on April 30, is unlawful.
